Eagles Make Aeries

Aeries is plural to aerie, which is another word for an eagle’s nest. We’ve decided to call our team “eagles”, because together we build the nest where your student data lives. Only, it’s in the Cloud – not in a tree or on a cliff.

We soar high, each bringing their unique talents, skillsets, education, and backgrounds to the table.

We soar high, each bringing their unique talents, skillsets, education, and backgrounds to the table. Together across our four divisions, we weave a tapestry of innovation, collaboration, and excellence that propels EdTech forward. With every idea shared, problem solved, and goal achieved, we prove that our strength lies in our unity. Because when Eagles unite, we soar to new heights, creating a brighter future for all, together.

We Believe

All Means All

Education is a Human Right

Empathetic Innovation Starts With Us

Visible, Not Vulnerable

Meet our Eagles

Our Eagles bring their extensive knowledge and expertise to our Customer Experience, IT/OPs, Product, and Sales & Marketing Divisions. Often working behind-the-scenes, their keen insights and nuanced understanding of K-12 Education and Technology build a product integral to so many educators’ lives. It is through our Eagles’ unwavering commitment that, together, we continue to shape the future of education by building a product with care and intentionality.

Lori Leal

Aeries Training Specialist
Port Lavaca, Texas

Lori has been a part of Aeries since 2022. She was originally introduced to Aeries during her role at a school district. "I immediately was able to tell the pride the Aeries had and was able to witness how each employee genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. I wanted to be able to take the good energy and feed it to others, just like I was experiencing!"

As a member of the Training Department, she works with each job role at a district to prepare them for success. Some days are spent onsite training districts, while others involve taking support Zoom calls. She is also involved with scheduling training requests, updating documents, and providing the best customer service for our clients. She says, "Being flexible and ready at the drop of a hat just makes the day interesting. At the end of the day, if our clients are happy and satisfied, then it is a win for the day.”

When Lori isn't helping districts increase their Aeries knowledge, you can find her spending time with her precious grandbabies or visiting the casino.

Tracey Berry

Senior Business Analyst
California

Before Tracey came to Aeries in 2019, she was an Aeries Administrator and #CALPADS Coordinator for a small high school district. Now, as a Business Analyst, her day-to-day is a “dynamic blend of activities”, as she says. She collaborates with stakeholders and developers, gathers requirements about current features, and provides recommendations for improvement. Her team recognizes that efficiency allows educators to spend more time on teaching, and less time on paperwork. When she’s not helping customers out, Tracey enjoys spending time with her horse and husband. Plus, she’s guided by her favorite quote, “Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway”!"
