We are still committed to the next generation of Aeries Student Information System. With an eye toward the future of SIS and the potential for innovation in our field, we have decided to modernize our code by feature or feature set. This allows us to introduce cloud-native technologies that provide greater flexibility in product development, so we can create exciting new features and functionality that will delight our customers.
When will I be moved to the new version? What is the process?
Since we are modernizing our code rather than creating an entirely new product, hosted districts will receive next generation functionality as it becomes available, resulting in minimal disruption without the need to move to a new product.
When will new modules and features be released?
Will we have an option to stay on Classic?
Will I need to be cloud-hosted?
Because our modernization efforts will be cloud-native, we continue our commitment to engage self-hosted on-premise customers to bring them with us into the future of Aeries in the cloud.
