Who can benefit from attending AeriesCon?

AeriesCon is designed for anyone who uses or supports Aeries SIS, including administrators, teachers, counselors, data clerks, IT staff. You will learn about the latest features and updates of Aeries, as well as best practices and tips for using it effectively.

What topics will be covered at AeriesCon?

AeriesCon will offer a variety of sessions covering topics such as attendance, gradebook, scheduling, transcripts, state reporting, parent portal, data analysis, and more. You can choose from beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions based on your level of experience and interest. You can also network with other Aeries users and experts, and get your questions answered by the Aeries support team in our Open Forum sessions.

What is Open Forum?

Consider Open Forum to be like “office hours”, where you can meet Aeries staff and get individual questions answered. Pop in anytime we’re open and stay for as long or as little as you’d like!

Where can I see the schedule of sessions?

The AeriesCon session list is now available at www.aeries.com/aeriescon/sessions!

Will I have access to recordings of the sessions?

Yes! All registrations include access to session recordings and will be available to badgeholders until January 30th, 2025.

What payment options are available?

We are excited to offer a new option for registration payments this year – we now accept credit card payments through Stripe! There are no additional fees associated with this option.

The option to pay via Purchase Order/Invoice is still available. If you are using the pay by Purchase Order/Invoice option to register, a valid Purchase Order number and matching purchase order document upload must be submitted at the time of registration.

Incomplete registrations will be voided, however, registrations can be resubmitted through my.aeries.com using a valid credit card number or a complete combination of Purchase Order # and uploaded PO document.

Period 0: 6:45–7:45 AM PST / 8:45–9:45 AM CST (Texas Sessions Only)
Keynote: 8:00–9:00 AM PST / 10:00–11:00 AM CST
Period 1:9:15–10:15 AM PST / 11:15–12:15 PM CST
Period 2:10:30–11:30 AM PST / 12:30–1:30 PM CST
Lunch Break:11:30–12:30 PM PST / 1:30–2:30 PM CST
Period 3:12:30–1:30 PM PST / 2:30–3:30 PM CST
Period 4: 1:45–2:45 PM PST / 3:45–4:45 PM CST
Period 5: 3:00–4:00 PM PST / 5:00–6:00 PM CST

What's the deadline to register for AeriesCon Fall 2024?

Registration for the event (which includes access to all session recordings) remains open through Thursday, November 7.

I registered but can't attend after all. Can I transfer my registration?

Confirmed AeriesCon Fall 2024 Registrations may be transferred to alternate attendees within the same LEA on or before Friday, November 1, 2024.

To transfer a registration, select the “Manage Registration” button found in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of registration.

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel a confirmed registration, contact us by email at aeriescon@aeries.com. Cancellation requests must be received by midnight PDT on October 25th, 2024. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after this date.

Will recordings of the sessions and keynotes be available?

Yes, recordings will be available to registered attendees through January 30, 2025. Recordings will be available through the same conference portal that attendees will access throughout the week of the event.

How can I get a promo code?

This promo code is specially designed for a select group of individuals. Please note that it’s only valid for those who have been directly notified or have received it through specific channels. If you haven’t received the code personally, it might not apply to your account or situation.
